In 1912 Robert Frost, along with his family, sailed to the UK. He lived first in Glasgow and then outside of London, where he earned his first acclaim as a poet.  It is considered a momentous decision because it was his first step in pursuing poetry writing as his vocation.  If you need any more help, Examville has a lot of free study guides on stuff like this.
