I am a motivator. I have passed the st.mary,s school exams .

What to Do?

1# Program your Beliefs and values.

2# Learn good Self-management skills

3# try to choose good career-related skills.

4# Choose to be in environments and around people that increase your probability of happiness.

5# Set your goals ..this will lead your busy life .so that you will have less time to be depressed.

6# always set your priorities.and decide at what point you have to worry and at what you don't need to worry.

7#. Make the exercise your habit. 7 Minutes Could Be Enough.

8#. Sleep More: You'll Be Less Sensitive to Negative Emotions.

9#money cannot buy happiness for you.SO Spend More Time With Friends/Family:

10# Get Outside More: Happiness is Maximized at 57°.

11#. Help Others: ...always remember it is the only way to get happiness and rewards in life .if you give ease and comfort to others you will definitely get comforts.

12# As we know if the cup is half empty it is also half full.so you should see the positive perspective and bright side of life.

However, the key to a happy life is not the same for everyone.

What makes me happy might not necessarily bring joy to you. So, for you to live a happy life, you need to find your own way.

ACCEPT This REALITY

LIFE is its self a form of suffering. The rich suffer because of their riches and issues related. The poor suffer because of their poverty and discomfort .so we should learn by this we are in the same phase. SO B HAPPY AND MAKE OTHER HAPPY .it is the only way to live calmly.

we always think about others but after a long time, we come to know that those people have not important in our life. Rejections and taunts always poisoned our life but we should not give those people remote control of our lives.

Feel Yourself

Always be yourself

.YOUR happiness is always your happiness.SO you have to decide live only for yourself

FIGURE OUT WHAT MAKES YOU ALWAYS HAPPY

Give yourself a fresh start

. Write down new places you would like to explore, games you would like to learn how to play, or books you would like to read.

REARRANGE YOUR LIFE.your room your wardrobe.

ACCEPT YOUR PRESENT

BIGGEST problem is that we are not satisfied with our present .everyone is looking at others and want to have their lives .if we see someone successful we think they have nothing to suffer .but everyone has issues but these are different for different peoples.

so we should accept our present. we should accept our relations .we should accept our job and atmosphere .if we will not accept it will make us restless.

GRATITUDE

THANKFULNESS is the greatest characteristic.we have many things and blessings .but we take those things for granted .many things which have no value in our sight,, those things are dreams of many poor people.

if we think about only one thing that if we have something it is the only blessing of GOD. so be thankful for your relation, home, siblings and spouse
