How to write content fast

Updated on February 25, 2016

Write articles fast

Writing content can be a pain, but with these easy methods you can write fast content and articles. Content can bring you in loads of traffic the more content you have on the web the better. When writing articles, make it as easy to read as possible. Keep your audience in mind. There isn't a more simple way than these six easy steps. Just take action and your articles will come flowing in.

Write down ideas

Sit down and start writing ideas on topics to write about, do not think just write ideas that pop into your head. You can also use a free mind map tool called Freemind. Just mind-map all your ideas. This will help you generate new ideas as well. Ideas build on ideas.

Best advice

Writing on paper is still the best way to write. It gives you more time to think and your mind will be more creative. It's a fast way to create great articles that will stick in peoples minds.

*Tip: If you have some hand recognizing software to just scan your writing into the text editor it would be great way to write even faster!

Keywords

Next step is to do keyword research on your newly found topics. Have at least five keywords for each topic. I like to use the Google keyword tool. Don't stress too much over the keywords if you have at least one keyword that will be fine as well.

Research topic

Start researching your topic. Use how to websites and Google your keywords to get great content to write about. I use writebox for chrome, to write down all my ideas and research that I have found. I really recommend it.

*Note: Always write original content never copy some else's content directly. Rewrite it in your own words and add your own viewpoint and spin to the topic.

Write down your main sub-headings

Write down your main, sub-headings for your article, and start writing a paragraph for each sub-heading. Make sure you use your keywords in your article at least 3-4 times. I usually just use my 4-5 keywords to make sub-headings.

Find royalty free images

A great blog post or article always has some visuals. If you are like me, you love free royalty free images. I use a site called Pixabay. There are some high-quality images there. Go and check it out.

Tip: The first row of images aren't free.

That's it!

That's how I write content fast. I sometimes leave my content for a day and come back to it, just to look at it with fresh eyes. I almost always add extra content to my articles the next day.
