Illusions of a Temporal Reality Poem
Illusions of a Temporal Reality
Water falling, fading fast,
Upon the time of endless past,
The moon has come to say, "Goodbye,"
To all we know before we die.
Life at once to be reborn,
Riding on the wings of scorn,
You laugh, but then its close within,
The voice inside will never win.
The raging storm within the skies,
Cries tears to rinse away the lies,
Corrupt spirits we have all become,
From rotting in this pool of scum.
