I Thank God

I thank god for everyday,

Yesterday, tomorrow and today.

I thank him for the sun,

And the light that shines down.

I thank him for you,

And for the love that we have found.

I thank him for the green grass,

For the tall trees,

And for each rolling hill.

I thank him that since I've met you,

I can't contain the way I feel.

I thank him for the moon,

And for all of the stars to wish upon.

I thank him for your arms,

Because that's right where I belong.

I thank him for all of this,

And for so much more, you see.

Most of all I thank god,

For sharing you with me.
