Song Lyrics - A Song About Relationships

Will You Still Remember Me? is one of my first attempts at songwriting. As the lyrics suggest, it is a song about a relationship that started off full of optimism and lust - but somehow missed the mark and didn't last. Still, emotions don't just disappear, even when it's not meant to be....

I sit here in the morning

And now nothing seems the same

It's like it never happened

Was everything a game?

First we climbed the mountains

Then came tumbling down a hill

I'm falling far too fast

My emotions overspill

I've always been a dreamer

Or just a parody?

You thought that I had changed

It never was a game

Sometimes life just happens

Other things get in the way
