Seven Chances
I am looking for the seven bridges
Maybe you know where they are
Would be willing to show me
Love worth making is
Love worth waiting for
A bridge for each day of the week
Seven chances to get it right
Give me time to think
As I walk across
Each bridge
Remind me of a loving past
Moonlit nights
Lily of the Valley Honey
Seven weeks of summer
Cross the creek
Show me waterfalls
Let me stand in awe
Feel the mist of new beginnings
Sit in the swing next to mine
Swing high enough to touch the clouds
Slowly floating by
Etching and sketching heart-shaped
Paintings in an afternoon sky
Hold my hand
Like that time before
An embrace so natural
If only to once again
Hold your hand in mine
Kiss me gently
Share our secret smile
Play hide and seek
Take our time
Seven Bridges
Seven Chances
Seven Kisses
Seven days a week

The Sourwood Tree is also called the “Lily Of The Valley” or simply the Appalachian Lily Tree. Sometimes growing over 60 feet tall, Sourwood trees only bloom in summer during a small window of time from late June until the end of July. The flowers are white and bell-shaped, often appearing in numerous clusters up to six inches long. Considered by many to be the best honey in the world, Sourwood honey, despite its name, is certainly not sour.
