8 Bathroom Makeover Tips that are easy on Pocket

Bathroom re-modelling is not an easy thing to do, it requires time investment and huge amount of money. Painting the walls, plumbing, lighting and tiling work can cost like a bomb. Below mentioned are some tricks that can give your bathroom a new look that too with minimum investment. Adding a dash of colour and smartly planning the accessories can transform the interior of your bathroom:

1). Smartly choose right colour for the bathroom walls: Colour plays an important role in the bathroom makeover, choose the one that goes with the tone of the room attached. For example, you cannot go for yellow which is a very bright colour in the bathroom if your bedroom has raw interiors. Do not ever even get cheated by the wet paint as it varies when the colour dries up.

2). Window treatments: When the budget for bathroom remodelling is as low as $100, the only choice left with you is to buy the curtains during Clearance sale. Investing proper time and searching for the right curtains can help in saving huge amounts of money. You can also go for the shower curtain that can match up to the decor of your space.

3). Wall decoration: You can go for the colourful wall hangings for the bathroom, but yes if your budget is tight, do not paint the wall and waste money on it, rather spend this much money on buying good wall pieces that will change the look of your bathroom altogether. Beautiful pieces add life to your space so select them carefully.

4). Vanity knobs: There is no need to go for the branded hardware, go for smart vanity knobs that can contrast with the vanity. For example if the vanity colour is dark go for silver colour or if the colour is light go for a darker shade knob, such selection will look marvellous.

5). Mirrors: Mirrors are a great way of expanding the feel of a particular room. You can have more than one mirror in your bathroom, if you have mirror on the medicine cabinet, or on the vanity, you can go for a full length mirror on the back of the wall or on one of the side walls. It is an inexpensive way of making the bathroom look bigger.

6). Accessories: Accessories play a major role in the makeover of a bathroom; just remember to stay within your budget. You can find nice accessories within your budget. Toothbrush holder, soap dish, soap dispenser are a few accessories that must go with the tone of the bathroom. Towel rods and hooks also play a major role in the beautification of a bathroom.

7). Lighting: Lighting plays a major trick in making small space look bigger and better. Install light above the mirror. Installing lights on the ceiling ensures proper lighting across the room and I will not hinder the space on walls that can be others used to hanging laundry baskets and other things.

8). Storage: Do not think you cannot go for more storage if you wish to beautify your space. You can o for plenty of it by hanging baskets on the wall. Shelves can also be created on the walls or below the sinks. Medicine cabinet can also add up to huge amounts of space in the bathroom. Remember to keep a note of budget and not to go for the expensive stuff instead rely on the budget material.
