45 years ago the most busy street in Bangalore was and also is the MG road,Commercial Street,Chickpet,Balepet,Dodpeth,Cottonpet Sultanpet,Akkipet,Cottonpet,Cubbonpet,Avenue Road or any road you could walk zig zag and even you could walk closing your eyes.But not today,you have to walk touching some body's shoulders all the way,you can't even move your car at 5 k/h.It was Bangalore Boom,It was IT Boom,It was IT jobs Boom.,People from all over India came to Bangalore.Go to any apartment complex and see the dress the lady's wear. However the Apartment Boom and it has not stopped even now every one want's an Apartment and they are available from few millions to hundred millions. All are wanting to move in to an Apartment.It is Gruha Pravesha meaning House Warming Function.I have already made a Hub on this with the Title " Gruha Pravesha ".This is Apartment Pravesha meaning - A Part Of the Building Ment for you.Gruha means Home the full building and not a part of the building.To me Home is not a place you stay and say this is my house it may be a place where you reside or you might have rented it or you might have kept it as a guest house or you might have kept it vacant. but when I say I stay in my Home it is a independant home with a back yard as wide as your home's breadth at the back and atleast 9 feet wide minimum at the sides and as big as possible in the front..My House may be available on rent,my Home is not available for rent.My House is my own.
My Home may not be my own in case it is an apartment on some floor or a full floor.but there are certain conditions in staying such a home..
What are the advantages in staying in a independent home and an Apartment.
In an independant home you can't lock up your home and go out of station for even a week as locked houses are watched by night police petrol in Bangalore.Police is problem in India.Everyone knows this but they are helpless.Police are also helpless when they are in civilian dress.I remember some body telling that when a police man's ( in civilian dress ) pocket was picked by a pickpocket he got it in less than 8 hours delivered at his residence.
Senior citizen's who lived like lords in their hay day's have vacated their residence and moved to Apartments for safety and security.Apartments offer safety and security 24/7 with compounded walls and a check point where all those who enter must have their ID.They also assure 24/7 water and light with all other features like club house,swimming pool,dept'l store and medical help by various means.Bangalore is now Builders Paradise.Even big company's are in to building apartments as there is a demand not only from the very rich to the people who may be in the upper income group meaning people drawing a salary of Rs50,000/- per month.In case both husband and wife are working they move to higher income group.The demand in both the cases is same but with different localities and specifications that they need the apartments.
