Magnetized mailbox covers for fall are an easy way to increase your home's curb appeal.

Magnetic covers are quick to apply, taking just minutes to attach. They're also available in a wide range of styles for fall.

A new autumn mailbox cover can welcome the changing of the seasons, or celebrate Halloween and Thanksgiving. And if you're a football fan, your mailbox cover can show support for your favorite team.

Celebrate Thanksgiving.

If you're like me, Thanksgiving is one of your favorite holidays. The weather's cool enough for snuggling and perfect for holiday comfort foods like sweet potato casserole, pumpkin pie and scalded oysters.

With so much cooking to do, you may not have much time for decorating! Thankfully, it only takes a moment to apply a magnetic mailbox cover that celebrates the warmth and happiness of Turkey Day.

Decorate for Halloween.

Put some cobwebs across your front door. Set a jack-o-lantern on the stoop next to a pot of pretty chrysanthemums and slap on a fun magnetic Halloween mailbox cover. Except for the candy, your home will be ready for Halloween!

Show your team spirit.

Autumn means football and the fun of rooting for your favorite teams.

Even rivals can compromise when it comes to decorating for fall!

Perhaps you follow your alma mater's football team. Or maybe you root for the team from your hometown. Whatever motivates you to cheer, show your team spirit this year with a magnetic mailbox cover.

Of course, the fan support doesn't have to end there! A mailbox cover could be just the beginning! A garden flag, a garden gnome, as well as flowers in your team's colors are other great ways to say, "Rah rah rah!"

Go team!

Mailbox covers are actually a no-no in our neighborhood, but I use one anyway. (: Thanks for commenting, Rebecca! Take care, Jill

I've been seeing these around the neighborhood. I love anything "fallish." Some folks this year even have artificial fall leaves, flowers and ribbons and such on their mailboxes.

@ Derdriu--Thanks! I had a tough time w/the photos. Several people in our neighborhood have fall mailbox covers, but I was afraid I'd be snapped up by the po-po if I went around taking pictures of their boxes! Had to improvise a bit. Thanks for reading, boo! DF

@ JamaGenee--Yeh, they're really clever. They even have little cut-outs where the flag goes. Thanks for reading & commenting!

I've never had a mailbox on a post out at the street (or road), so I've always been envious of the ones decorated with a theme or to match the season! Had no idea, though, that some of them might have easily-changeable magnetic covers. What a great idea!

@ stephhicks68--I have lived in neighborhoods with the locked boxes too. Where we live now, however, everyone must have their mailboxes by the road, and that can look pretty grim without a few flowers and a cover! Thanks for commenting.

Cool! I have never seen mailbox covers (of course, our mail comes in a locked box at the end of our street). I especially love the team colors/logos ones. Rated up!

Hi Vicki! I first saw them in garden centers. If your mailbox is metal, they cling right to them! Thanks for reading!
