Fall Will be here before your know it!

With the weather outside heating up to HOT all over, it is hard to imagine thinking about decorating for the next season - FALL.

But time flies, and before you know it you will start to see the summer home and garden decor, being clearanced out of the stores to make room for Fall, Halloween and Thanksgiving decor.

This will probably happen as soon as July, after the Independence holiday in the retail stores. So get ready, summer will not be here forever. But - if you look Now you can even find scarecrows on this page!

Personally, I always love to welcome the fall season. The rich colors of fall decor are simply beautiful gifts from nature. I enjoy decorating outside in my gardens with pumpkins, gourds and all the fall decor and flowers I collect.

After the Labor Day holiday hang a welcoming wreath on the front door and invite the season right on in!

Fall is my favorite time of year.

Decorating with Harvest Items

We naturally think about the giant pumpkins and gourds for fall decor. When shopping for these items to decor your landscape, check iwth local farmers markets, apple orchards, and farms.

They offer a huge variety of natural items and they are fresher than the ones you will find in the big box stores.

Pumpkins can rot if they are old and left out in warm weather. The local businesses know when to harvest for the best value to customers.

Visit local festivals in your area for crafts and other fall decor items.
