How to Get Stains Out of Your Clothes

Updated on September 29, 2011

How to Remove all Stains From Clothes Forever

I am a Mom of five children and deal with stains of all varieties on a daily basis. I have twins who are 10 months old, a 7 and 8 year old and a 12 year old. They all get all sorts of different spots, grass stains, and food stains on their clothing. I have tried everything under the sun to get them out. There is nothing more frustrating then spending $3.00 - $4.00 on a stain removal product and have it not work. I have done this many times. I have found a product that really does what it claims to do, remove stains from clothing.

I recommend staying away from spray stain removers. They will lighten the stain, but not fully remove it. What I have found to work everytime is Shout Advanced stain remover. I only get the one with the scrubber on the top. All you do is squeeze out the detergent, scrub it in with the scrubber on the top and let set. Doing this will get just about any stain you have out. If for some reason it doesn't, BEFORE putting your clothing into the dryer check and make sure the stain is out. If it's not, re-apply the Shout the same way as the first time and re-wash. I very rarely ever have to do it more than once though.

I have used Shout Advanced on stains and I can confirm that it really does work. Just the other evening I used it to removed bright Orange food coloring from a white blouse!
