How I Got Rid of Clutter and Procrastination
Time is running out, we can not bring it back but we can keep pace with it
The situation of my life in recent past
Sometimes problems come in your life all of a sudden and all together. My heart was still in the healing process from a broken relationship of 7 years and gradually problems started piling over that. Job security was just a word that I was employed hand due to some factors work efficiency was getting decreased. To put the cherry on the cake I was diagnosed with hepatitis B and had to continue diagnostic tests and treatment at once. Being a spendthrift I had no savings since the last 3 years of my working life . Due to this condition and stress I had put on almost 15 kgs of weight in less than 6 months. I had problems of low self esteem in teenage but that were born in adulthood but now it seemed that I started feeling bad about my body once again. I started writing on and off and I was struggling to find a fitness equipment affordable for me and apt for my home. Everyday I feel so anxious and helpless about my life situation and then one day I just sat down tired from everything and started thinking about solutions. The real solutions.
How did I start
I started clearing clutter from my room and cleaned my kitchen properly. I put all my groceries in order so that I don't get confused about what do I have to eat in order to stay away from calories . I did the laundry and cleaned the floors of my house. Rearranged my closet and made a to do list. The list was not that difficult to follow I made an easy one deliberately. The amount of anxiety that I had been feeling since last few months was so overwhelming that I did not want myself to feel pressurized by this new set of action plan. Till now my new way of doing things that is taking one task at one time and forgetting about the rest for a while, is working out very well. What works for you when everything fails? Let me know!
How does it get any better than this!
