Pull-out Sofa

If your house is small and you're planning to buy a sofa, consider the one that is a pull-out sofa. Moreover, you don't have to fork out extra amount of money to buy a bed anymore, and the space inside the house won't be cluttered with any other furniture that makes the space tight.

I agree on what you have said, Morris, but on other things like cds and books, I can't do away. I have great cd collection and a few good books to display.

Thanks for reading & good to know that you have a knack on home improvement, too.

Other than being picky with storage items and furniture or appliances that are compact or collapsible, one really would have to have the discipline to routine throw away, give away, sell, or repurpose items, so they won't consume much space. Do you really need all those books and cds, for example? Good stuff you have here. I'm into home improvement myself.
