Painting a girls bedroom in light purple and dark purple.

We just recently bought our first house! YAY! First time home owners, can't hardly believe it! Since none of our house hold goods are moved into the house yet we decided to start painting the kids' bedrooms. This is Beautiful Bella's room. She wanted it to be "hannah montana" themed so we found a paint palet that showed a little of what that might be. We started by taping off all the walls, windows and doors. We did half the wall a dark purple and half a light purple.

The flair on the walls is different then those in the actual photo we got of the hannah montana room. Beautiful Bella picked out the center flair while Dad made the bird stencils out of printed images of birds. The bubbles were put on with knitting circles of all sizes. We taped them to the wall, painted the inside and took them off before the paint had dried. I love how her room turned out. I can't wait to get all her stuff in there and make it look more and more like the Beautiful Bella room it should be.
