Microfiber Cleaning Cloth Green Cleaning Supplies -

The best cleaning cloth is the microfiber cleaning cloths for the simple reason they pick up more of the micro-organisms that most other home cleaning cloths just wont pick up.

Green cleaning using microfiber cloths or microfiber towels removes dirt, grim and especially germs from surfaces which is very important in the home, apartment, flat, studio or even in the office.

Its most important when cleaning the kitchen and bathroom areas rather than pushing the dirt and germs around the surface the micro fiber cloths pick up the smallest particles possible with proper cleaning method and cleaning supplies.

Fold Cloth for Eight Sided Cleaning

The best method to use and to get the most effective uses when cleaning with microfiber cleaning cloths is to fold the microfiber cloth in half - then in half again. This method if you look at the cloth will give you eight sides to use on surfaces during home cleaning.

This is the proper way to clean using a microfiber cloth. It not only will pick up all the germs but will also provide the most uses of each cloth before washing. If the microfiber cloth is folded correctly then one side will be used first, flip over and the other side is used. Open the fold and repeat one side then the other. once all four sides are dirty unfold and repeat using the inside of the cleaning cloth.

Hand Protection

Generally it is a good idea to use rubber cleaning gloves when cleaning dirty surfaces. This will help control the spread of germs and dirt that is being cleaned. Take extra care when handling disposable gloves or throughly wash reusable gloves before storing away for the next cleaning.

Taking a extra few minutes to wear protective gloves while cleaning not only protects you the cleaner but anyone else that you may come into contact with after cleaning.

Spindle - I really like the microfiber cloths too. They do a great job of cleaning and can be reused after a good wash. Defiantly worth it. I use them daily.

Hi GmaGoldie- Thats a good question about the microfiber bath towels. As for microfiber cleaning cloths and cleaning towels they work fantastic and once you use them it is hard to use anything else. You can actually see the difference in cleanliness. I say this coming from experience. Thanks for commenting.

Do they offer the microfiber also in bath towels?

It seems microfiber is lighter and would take less water and detergent.

When I attended the National Restaurant Show in Chicago last year, I heard about all the eco-friendly advantages of microfiber mops - cleaning towels is even better.

Great tip on wearing gloves. Very well done. Thank you!

philzgrill These I write about in this hub are reusable. I would recommend the reusable machine washable cloths for green cleaning. They help cut down on landfill waste. Better yet, because of the material they are made of they actually do a better job cleaning. :) Great comment
