My Experience With Walmart Online Shopping

Shopping online at Walmarts

Well I have to say my first online shopping experience with Walmarts was not the best. Below is how my online shopping experience went. I will explain as I go, but in the end as of Jan. 9th, 2012 it has all been worked out finally. And I will still shop online at Walmarts.com. The next time however I will have my order shipped to the store.

·For Standard Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, add 2-4 days.

·Shipments to military APO / FPO addresses and U.S. territories and protectorates should arrive in 3-6 weeks.

At this point I called Walmart Customer Service Department and as you can see from the email below. The Customer Service rep told me she would send me another order out. She said my order had been lost in Transit. Hummm...

Then on top of that email I got this one. First off they did not email me that the product was out of stock. I called Customer Service back again and spoke with a very rude man. He was not helpful at all. I don't think he liked his job, or was not trained right! He told me my card would be refunded in 7 to 10 days, and it was not. So I waited and waited...

Finally as of last night my issue with Walmart is solved. I called up Customer Service again and spoke with a very nice lady, and she was very helpful! She spent a lot of time handling my situation. That guy never put in for me to get my money back. The dirty rat. And because of all that I went through I will be getting a $20.00 gift card in the mail. I am glad that all worked out for me as I am a loyal customer at Walmart and I shop there every week. As I said earlier I will shop online again at Walmarts online shopping site, and I will have it shipped to the store next time. This way if anything goes wrong the store can handle for me.
