Noritz Tankless Water Heaters

Updated on May 4, 2009

Noritz tankless water heaters are over 80% efficient, they use less energy to operate and emit low  emissions with maximum output, making them environmentally friendly.  Noritz tankless water heaters are extremely durable, lasting longer than traditional tank-type water heaters, and requiring little maintenance over its lifetime.  Noritz tankless water heaters heat water on demand rather than storing a limited amount of hot water in a tank. A virtually endless supply of hot water. The Noritz water heater can support up to four shower heads.

Installation

Venting is probably the most important part of a tankless heater installation.  There are many good flexible gas piping systems that can make this job simple and limit the number of joints and installation time of the new gas line.  Read and obey your owners manual and manufacturers installation instructions.  Note: Every installation is unique to a home. The Noritz should be installed by an Noritz qualified installer.

Tax

Tax credits are not the same as tax deductions.  In order to take advantage of the one-time Federal tax credit, homeowners must install a qualifying unit in 2009 or 2010, and claim it on their 2009 or 2010 Federal income tax forms.

Indoor

Noritz offers a full line of residential tankless hot water heaters for any residential application including indoor or outdoor mounted designs as well as high-capacity, heavy-duty residential hot water heater models. The model N-0751-LP can be installed indoors or outdoors and can be mounted vertically or horizontally.    To best fit your hot water application needs, three venting options are available: Standard (indoor/outdoor), OD (outdoor only) and DV (sealed combustion, indoor only).

The Noritz tankless water heaters are available in LP (propane) or Natural gas. The Model 0751 can produce 7.5 gpm of hot water. The Noritz tankless heater is a GREEN solution, that allows you to keep some GREEN in your wallet.

Hi Sweeps Luck, great hub. My sister had one of these installed a month or so ago and she loves it. She bought hers from a good friend in the business, but I believe that most local gas companies have them in stock and can offer installation. Well worth it.
