Quick Healthy Cooking, Nuwave Bake Oven. Meat From Frozen in Under 30 Minutes ! Fabulous Chicken Breast !
I am a Mom of 5 children and am always looking for things that will simplify my life, especially when it comes to cooking. I recently made a purchase that did exactly that, I bought the Nu wave Oven and it has changed the way I cook for my family.
I am able to take meats right out of the freezer, put them in the Nuwave and have it done in most cases under 30 minutes ! Yes, you read that correctly from freezer to table in under 30 minutes ! Plus, the fat is cooked away from the meat and flavors and juicy infuse it.
My children absolutely LOVE everything I make on it. You can also make pizzas, air fry, and even bake on it. I was skeptical at first but now the whole family loves it and we are buying another one !
The cooking methods we're most used to are microwave, oven, or crock pot. The Nu Wave has revolutionized the way we can cook, not to mention conserving our time.
The Nu Wave uses what's called infrared heat which circulates the heat around the food. So the bottom of your food gets cooked as well as the top.
Health Benefits of Pressure Cooking
The biggest health benefit I've noticed is how the fat of anything I cook drains off onto the bottom. The food sits on a rack about an inch of the bottom. Or you can flip it so it's closer to the top depending upon what your cooking.
When I cooked 6 chicken thighs in my conventional oven I got 1 1/2 cups of fat. Now my chicken thighs don't have to sit and cook in the fat.
