Cleaning Stubborn Spots

This handheld cleaner is great for cleaning up all kinds of spots. It will clean old spots that were previously resistant to other cleaners. It will remove seemingly impossible-to-remove spots. According to Bissell, their spot and stain removal solution maximizes the performance of their compact deep cleaning machine, the Bissell Little Green ProHeat Carpet Cleaner. It is designed to safely clean carpet and water-safe fabrics, and it has an EPA design for the environment. One customer review of this handheld cleaner with this solution says, "This is a very effective machine, especially for cleaning up after sick old doggies. It has been easy to use and does a great cleaning job. My carpet is spotless, even after several accidents." I completely agreee.

Cleaning a Staircase

Our carpeted staircase leads to the playroom, so it has to endure children going up and down with snacks and drinks on a regular basis. It was looking pretty bad until the day I received my Bissell Little Green ProHeat Handheld Portable Cleaner. I immediately went to work, hoping for the best, and it was more than I had ever imagined. Every spot came up quickly, and I hadn't realized just how dirty the edges of the staircase were until I started cleaning the spots. Fortunately, this carpet cleaner comes with attachments made for this very thing, tight, hard-to-reach edges, just like the carpet seams in between the steps. After cleaning the entire staircase, the results were amazing. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

Cleaning Carpet Edges

Over the years, the edges of the carpet, where the carpet meets the wall, get darker and dustier. The vacuum cleaner and upright steam cleaner just don't quite reach the edges where the carpet meets the wall. That area can be reached wonderfully with the long narrow brush tool that comes with the Bissell Little Green ProHeat Handheld Carpet Cleaner. Bissell refers to this tool as the Deep Reach Tool for powerful spot cleaning. It is very narrow and long, making it easy to use for those hard-to-reach spots.

Useful Ways to Use the Bissell Little Green ProHeat Handheld Carpet Cleaner

After reading numerous positive review for this product, I have accumulated a list of ways customers have effectively used it.

  • Use it to detail a boat. One customer review stated, "We detail boats and use it for cleaning the carpets. It's very easy to use and its portability is the reason we chose it. It works well, and we like that the water becomes heated for better cleaning action. We know several people who already use this same unit and would definitely recommend it."
  • Use it to clean the inside of an automobile. According to one customer, "Our car seats had black spots that I couldn't get out until I used the Bissell Green Machine. The first time I cleaned them I forgot to use the spot cleaner and most of it still came out. After they dried, I used the spot cleaner and re-cleaned them..... all the black spots came out. I'm impressed and will soon use it on the couch in our RV and expect similar results..."
  • Use it to clean furniture. One review stated, "This product did a great job on cleaning our furniture that our pets have gotten dirty over time. One end of our couch was noticeably more dirty than the opposite end, now the whole couch looks great. The Little Green Proheat Deep Reach far exceeded my expectations for cleaning. It's easy to use."

Great review Rosie writes and I love the video. I need something for or off white carpeting on our stairs. May have to give this a look.
