Your life involves texts to loved ones or for friends, and many devices with screens are used in your day job or in your spare time.
It is a good idea to go to sleep without such devices to get a good night's sleep.
A television in the bedroom is not much different to the screens you spend most of your time on each day. It was and still is in many households that a television in the bedroom is a great idea for most couples or for children,
How does having a television in the bedroom affect relationships?

You put yourself out there daily on social media and decide to calm down after a long day at work. Watching television gives you this pleasure at the end of a hard-working day.
Your stress levels are lowered and you feel less pressured into having your time.
In some relationships, watching television together in the bedroom gives them a sense of bonding and understanding of their common experience together.
It is a time to relax and focus on each other and the television. A time that you take for yourselves and create a moment for each other.
This allows for two people to care for each other and to spend quality time together.
Hands gripped and locked together while watching television in the bedroom makes a couple feel romantic.
Most couples see it this way.
A bad idea to watch television in the bedroom. You tend to eat more in the bedroom and increase your weight by snacking more in the comfort of your bed.
Is there a downside to watching television in the bedroom?
The bedroom is not the place for a television! It is a room to sleep in and relax rather than watch television.
I think a bedroom should not have a television in it. What happens to you when you stare at the television before sleeping time, is your brain does not give you the sign of sleep time.
It has a negative effect on the brain to sleep and you stare at the screen before sleep time. You do not sleep well and this habit is not a healthy one.
The bad habit interrupts your memory and clouds your mind to think through issues. Your metabolism is challenged by having a television in the bedroom.
Weight gain is a problem and sleeping patterns change when you watch television from the comfort of your bed. It is up to you to have a television in the bedroom, but this bad decision in my opinion is a distraction to a healthy lifestyle.
To have a good night’s sleep the best is to stop using screen devices at least an hour before bedtime. A typical family living with the basic needs and the moment you can afford more, you go and buy a television for your bedroom.
The quality of life has changed in many ways and in most ways there is that negative insight of these changes affecting you.
At first, the thought of having a television in the bedroom sounded great, but as you got used to the idea of watching television in the bedroom, you realized it made you feel unhappy, fatter and lazier.
The better way is to not have a television in the bedroom and to enjoy your time communicating with each other. You sleep better, feel healthier, eat properly and avoid snacking while watching television.
It is often the reason to sit in the bedroom when you have a television there. Too much watching television does not give a good start to a new day.
Remember that your last thought before you go to sleep has a great effect on your sleep. A television in the bedroom allows for the negative moments to increase in your life.
You begin to smoke more than usual and neglect your eating habits. Children who have televisions in their bedrooms do not score good grades. There is a lack of communication and no hope of getting out of the bedroom.
If the television is in the bedroom couples avoid their intimacy and focus on watching television.
A few couples may feel this way, but, it is a problem for those who prefer watching the screen.
A television in the bedroom adds to clutter because you would have kitchen utensils in the bedroom due to your bad eating habits. You become a loner in the bedroom watching television while the rest of the family is out having fun, and you remain in the bedroom to watch your favorite series or shows.
The bedroom has its own purpose and you must use this space for sleeping and the rest of the house for its own purposes too.
Televisions are not for the bedrooms!
The television in the bedroom causes a distraction to get yourself together each morning would take more of your time than when there is no television in the bedroom.
Television in the bedroom discourages you from reading and having communication with your partner before you fall asleep. You need to get the television out of the bedroom to avoid bad sleeping patterns for you and your partner.
Fall asleep together and feel a connection rather than having to watch television and fall asleep alone in your bed. Your partner would feel this is selfish when you fall asleep alone.
People lose track of the time they spend watching television in their bedrooms and do not realize the distance they have created between them and their loved ones Some people enjoy the entertainment and do not feel anyone else is affected by it.
Couples sometimes agree on not having devices in the bedroom and no television to disturb their emotional and spiritual intimacy.
Keep technology out of the bedroom and enjoy your time.
This won't work for you when you have a television in the bedroom unless your partner wants the same.
It does not feel right when you do not consider the other person’s feelings and this keeps them awake all night from the disturbance of the television.
It is an inconvenience and selfish of you to have a television in the bedroom, especially when you know how it affects your significant other.
