Space Heaters Provide Electric Heat-Ceramic and Portable Heater

Space heaters also called portable heaters or ceramic heater are a perfect source for adding some extra comfort to a living room, family room, bathroom, sleeping area or to a cooler office work space.

This type of electric heat can take the chill off of an room making it warmer and more comfortable, These ultimately can provide an energy efficient way to supplement warmth in some of those cooler places around a living or work space by using a light weight-easy to move device that plugs directly into a wall outlet.

Here is some great examples of where to use the best space heaters today.

  • Home / Rooms
  • Office / Hobby
  • Storage Building / Garage
  • Portable Vehicle / Car

Ceramic Space Heater

Ceramic space heaters are are extremely helpful for the colder months. These types units most of which are electric can be placed in any area of the house or apartment that needs more heat.

Some perfect examples are a cold bathroom in the morning which can be heated up in a matter of minutes while getting ready for school or work. Used in back rooms that don't seem to get the flow from the regular source like from a furnace or central air system.

They can be used in bedrooms that are chilled in the night or if needed while spending time reading a book or watching TV in a bedroom.

They can be used in the game room on a lower floor that is usually is a great place to be in the summer because of the coolness but in the winter is just a little to chilly. These can warm up a playroom so it can be used year round with out to many complaints of how cold it is.

Best Office Heaters

The best office heater is one that can either add some comfort to an individual work space or office and if needed some units can supply a larger work area with electric heat. So choosing the best office heater is really only dependent on the size of the office space to be heated.

Small heaters can be placed under a desk which is nice way of blowing the adjustable heat directly on cold feet or legs or can be placed nearby blowing the warm breeze across the desk and chair space.

One little tip to remember is to be sure to check with the employer first to see if these types of units are authorized in the work space that it is needed in.

Most times they are fine with anything that helps make a job more comfortable but they may have to be checked in with the safety person in charge of that office to be sure the cords and safety features are in correct working oder.

Storage Building Heater

Larger storage building heaters can be used for spaces that need to be keep at a certain temperature where storing supplies, household items, or antiques is important.

These may also be used in a garage where someone may work on their favorite hobby or fix automobiles, motorcycles and boats. These types can be hung from the ceiling supplying a flow of constant heat or used with a thermostat to regulate a more stable temperature.

Portable Car Heater

If a vehicle or car heater isn't providing enough heat during the commute while driving than a dashboard heater with a vehicle portable adapter can give that extra needed heat supply.

These are relatively inexpensive and are small enough to easily store in a glove compartment or under a seat when not in use.

Not all large vans have a great heater in them so with a extension these can give the passengers in the back an added comfort of heat as well.

Warm And Comfortable

So if there is a place in a house, work area or hobby shop where the cold draft or chill is creating an absolutely uncomfortable condition then all this can be remedied by adding a portable space heater, ceramic heater or large storage heater to provide a more warm and comfortable atmosphere.
