Symbols Associated with the Water Element

In Feng Shui, the Water element is considered Yin (female). Water is associated with emotions and the wisdom of our souls. Symbols of the Water element are the color black and the direction of north.

Water holds chi. As the most plentiful element on the earth's surface, water is extremely important both for taking internally (drinking) and in the art of creating our personal living and work areas.

Water is associated with prosperity, abundance, wealth and excess.

Keep Water Clean, Fresh and Moving in Your Environment to Increase Wealth and Abundance

Even small decorative fountains and fish bowls can be beneficial to you and your environment as long as you are sure to keep the water fresh.

To work best, water needs to move and flow as in an aquarium or fountain. Stagnant water is not a good idea to keep around. Stale, stagnant water breeds rot and decay and is anything but beneficial in an environment.

Always keep water clean, fresh and moving in your home, business and around your properties to free up the chi energy and bring prosperity into your life as well as other residents and co-workers.

Fish in a fish tank help the water to circulate, keeping your money circulating in turn. Having fish in water in your home or office creates excess and wealth. This works to keep or encourage an excess of wealth and abundance flowing in.

The optimal location to place a fish tank or fountain in your home or office is in the front section by the front door. This allows the flow and movement of chi into your home or business and enhances the energy flow throughout.

Is Your Bathroom Breaking the Bank?

No, this is not my bathroom. I will not disclose where I took this photo, because I feel it would be grounds for slander. However, its condition is creating chaos for this home's occupants like you wouldn't believe :(

There is a strong connection between bathrooms and wealth. If your bathrooms are unclean and/or unorganized, the money that should be coming to you is being flushed right down the toilet. You are blocking your own wealth if you are neglecting this part of your home or business.

In the same aspect, do not allow buckets of water to sit around your home or office. The stale water will make your life stale and decrease the wealth of your wallet, purse and health.

Thank you for bringing my error to my attention, Marissa. I didn't realize that I had actually made a TYPO. I am actually rather fluent in the art of Feng Shui. However, I should not have been in such a rush when I published this. I deeply apologize for making a TYPO. I do not post these in the web. I actually post them ON the web. Have a great day and be kind to yourself and others. Love and Light to you!
