I live in Pasadena Maryland. I have a 7'4" crawl space (not a basement) I don't have basement...

windows we have crawl vents as per local code. We also have a escape opening as per local code with a metal cover to the outside. I want to finish the space. The space has a poured concrete floor as per local code, with block walls. 75% of the space is underground. What is the best way to insulate the exterior walls? I have seen many methods over the years. I have seen polyurathane against the block with roll backed insulation in the framed 2 X 4 walls. I have sen 2 X 4 walls with polyurathane on the sheetrock side...I have seen sprayed insulated walls...also styrafome against the block bet
