Creating Privacy With The 4 Panel Wooden Screen
Moving into our new apartment after marriage we were looking out for a room divider that will create privacy without taking much space or looking bulky.
The living room was a long hall and we wanted to create a separate dining area when we entertained. Both of us,my husband and myself love the old world charm of wooden furniture and our living room sofa was a wooden set with cushions and the dining set was also wooden.
We thought of using a coordinating wooden room divider to add an aesthetic look to the room decor and looked around for it .We found the right piece at an art exhibition. The piece is similar to the one I found on amazon and shared here.
The sturdy look, intricate carvings and the deep brown color made us choose this 4 panel wooden room divider. The leaf pattern with flourishes looks very ethnic and stylish.
The wooden screen is easy to handle and looks great when kept open or closed. We pull out the 4 panels when we have guests over and we want to create a separate dining and living room. And,when we want an open space look the wooden screen is kept closed against the wall and it looks beautiful as a piece of art display.
Making the choice to use a wooden panel room divider as a decor element makes us feel really happy when we get appreciative comments from those who come home and it is also a conversation starter with the guests.
