I f you have to ask that question you probly shouldnt do it .Im not trying to put you down but.it`s a safty issue.If it`s an electric wh you `ll have to wire it in . If it`s a gas you`ll have to play with gas piping.
Usaually labor isn`t the issue with wh because they don`t take that long to put in. Just make sure it`s done right.
