    How can a person get Shark Steam mop /Euro-pro to honor their warranty?

    I returned a mop with proof of warranty in Sept. 2010. As of this date I have had no reply.  They avoid my letters and e-mails.  I have signed proof of delivery

    Do you have warranty form Shark or form the store you bought it form?
