    Can you beat this OCD?

A friend of mine admitted ro keeping a notebook filled with a hand written list of all the groceries at Walmart, including isle numbers and prices. She actually updated that thing every week for over a year!

i have ocd, and yes i can beat smile
i spent so much money on gas because at one point i was addicted to driving a route that was 2 hours long, and sometimes i would go 3 times in one day, i have maxed out both of my credit cards because of this and im still paying for it. I may be driving again in august but i hope i will just be able to drive to places i need to go to

I have OCD and I haven't found a cure yet. But I know I can beat it without medication. I'm always counting 1-100 whenever I'm stressed out and I can't help but daydream about something over and over again. I always write down things too and sometimes I never really get them done.
