A sharehouse is one occupied by people who are not related with each other in any way.
A house share is one in which the house mates all have their own individual locked rooms and share the rest of the facilities in the house such as communal kitchens, bathrooms and living space. The furniture and equipment is usually provided by the landlord. In this type of accommodation the bills are usually included in the rent. This kind of house has to have tighter safety controls than houses let to single family units and largely suits young working professionals and students.
