I tend to try to either make my lunch the night before or take a can of soup with me to work so that i don't have to make food when I get up for work. I also tend to go different routes to work depending on the flow of traffic. I live in a town that has alot of small streets, sometimes one way, so if its really busy, i will take a different route to work instead of having to wait a long time.
Learn to say NO. Live simpler. The less you have, the less you have to take care of. Teach kids to do their own laundry, cook meals in bulk, reduce your clothing to several pieces that coordinate into multiple outfits, mark kids socks with a colored pen or buy each child only one color socks (works better for boys), don't fold socks, stick to a budget and pay bills automatically, maintain your vehicle and home to avoid costly and lengthy breakdowns.
