What type of artistic letterboxes have you seen?
I know that snail mail is rarely used these days but I have had the pleasure o seeing some beautiful letterboxes in the country side that I want a few of them. I also saw this family of frogs sitting outside a house and am in love with everyone of them . Just how innovative!
I was at a festival one year, and I was walking around and saw in front of a camp a little knee high picket fence, with a bed offals flowers and a little yellow mailbox with the flag up. Around the base of the mailbox were drawing pads, pens, colored pencils, construction paper, glue - all sorts of crafty things. The people that were camping had a friend who couldn't make it and had set up a letter box and a card making station so the people of the festival could tell her their adventures. It was really neat!
I've seen trout, big mouth bass, trucks, pigs, bird houses. Some have been truly amazing and creative works of art.
