What six veggies would you grow if you planted a garden?
I grow, peas, beans (French and broad) spuds, onions, shallots, garlic, Swiss chard, beetroot, courgette, squash, etc.
I've never grown garlic before. I sure would like to have it around all of the time.
If you're coming into spring now, there is spring planting garlic that will give you a good crop this year, if you get it in now. I plant autumn garlic in October so that it gets the period of cold to form the cloves. This will crop about May/June
Tomatoes, Cucumber, zucchini, Chili peppers (especially the red or hot ones), melons and shallots.
