What are these green bugs on the broadbeans?
Black fly have been identified and removed, but what are these bugs, and what effect might they have on the broadbeans?
They are probably pea aphids. They will destroy the beans if not taken care of. A forceful spray of water directly on aphid-covered plants, and clipping of heavily infested leaves will help minimize damage. Avoid using insecticides as those can target beneficial, aphid-eating insects.
They're aphids, and they will damage the plant. Spraying with water will help. If you have a large infestation, you can buy lacewing or ladybug larvae, which will eat them.
