Can two families that inherited a home do a reverse mortgage, if each lives in the home 1/2 the year
Most reverse mortgage companies want a single owner / married couple owning it to avoid contested ownership or the risk of any one in either family losing the house as part of a divorce/bankruptcy/lawsuit.

Are reverse mortgages a good idea, or a ripoff?I keep seeing ads for reverse mortgages for senior citizens - do you know anyone who's ever done that? Was it a good idea in the long run?
