Beauty That Reflects Personality

Previously houses were built by our ancestors taking into consideration climate, geographical region and requirements of the family. New looks of the houses and migration to urban world, seeing the world's culture and high standard of living have made people activate their taste and spending power in a classy impromptu to bring changes in home décor.

People make houses because it reflects their personality rather then comforts now all luxurious decors are seen in interiors of the houses. Recently, we had attended two house warming evenings of our two friends both with different profession with different taste and nature and those qualities were reflected in decor of their houses.

First house- being a business tycoon, traveling world wide, have all accessories from all different places of the world to decorate his house. His house was built according to the vaastu and feng-sui because he is a firm believer in these stuffs. His many murals and paintings were contemporary with modern and ancient traditional taste. It was wonderfully and beautifully made with stainless, glistening white marble specially bought from Italy. It has sprawling lawn with a small sculpted fountain with a mermaid sprinkling water from her right palm and to highlight the beauty of the mermaid spotlight with mild bluish color is used in which water was sparkling its radiant.

Second house - belonged to a well organized professional friend whose hobby is reading books so he has built up a small library were one can sit and read. Next is a small nursery of many different types of plants because he enjoys gardening. His house was specially decorated with many different varieties of plants though artificial gave natural looks enhanced with vivid varieties. Many other colored lights with assorted shapes and sizes turning the space into enchanting beauty. Floors and walls are made of single stone slabs with rough finishing giving a stunning ancient look. Furniture was especially made of wrought iron and doors and windows of acrylic giving wooden finish it looked as though we are in deep woods. These all now can be available with special effects of lights, colors and person’s imagination. Bathrooms of these two houses were very aesthetically made with steam room in it and a dressing room with wide mirror giving a reflection of big room. Basins and taps all of latest varieties were installed.

People spend a lump sum amount on hiring interior designers. Any person having the attitude of reinventing materials and creating new material with artistic looks in their work with little imagination can create very beautiful place. To design a house it’s not necessary to own a big bungalow or big spacious house or any costly designers. Any person who has an inclination towards arts and its nature and have an ethnic taste with little observation and with small expenditure can build up his designs in style. A small modification like changing colors, lights, tapestry and paintings if possible can make lot of differences. One need not make an exhibition of his taste he must buy paintings and sculptures that speaks and display his home.

With interior there are few tips to be kept in mind one must not forget to maintain it in proper way. Prolong exposure to strong light is to be avoided When a room not in use should be shaded with curtains. Paintings are generally fixed above the sofas or any place at eye level. All the furniture arranged in a way that it does not hinder their ways. A home maker will look for mobility mixed with fluidity, convenience, and comforts. Previously modern gadgets like television, home theatre, home machines etc. should be taken care of, its place has to be decided according to its use. While decorating a house one must not see his own but look after all the family member’s interest. It has to be done wisely with innovation, confidence and ready to experiment new things.

Interior depends upon places too. Like for instance nowadays offices, theaters, multiplexes, restaurants, gardens and showrooms, all require interior designing, lot of their businesses depends on exclusive interiors, who like a place with beautiful, exotic ambiance. It is this ambiance which holds the mood of the visitors and helps to increase their business, as it is said place reflects the person’s standard quality. Good interior shows that the owner will never compromise with his products. Customers will have full faith in him and strike a deal. To facilitate his customers big departmental stores have good interiors looking after customers every small need.

Moreover people prefer building Eco friendly houses. Their interior is made of all organic and natural materials which can maintain the temperature level of the houses. In winter these organic material keeps the houses warm to protect from cold and in summer it can stabilize the temperature keeping the houses cool so that one can save the expenses of electricity. Every individual has a choice to build a house according to their needs and desire. He should keep in mind his comforts rather than taste or its design outlook because he has to stay 24x7 in it.
