My Favorite Handheld Mixer-Cuisinart Power Advantage

Updated on February 21, 2017

I am a person who like my counter tops in my kitchen free of clutter and bulky appliances. Although I like counter top mixers they are not something I want in my cooking space. I found the Cuisinart handheld mixer and it soon became one of my most used and loved appliances. I love cooking and baking and most everyday there is something fresh baked in my kitchen.

I enjoy the portability of this mixer and especially like the way it fits back into it own sanitary case. Before owning this mixer I had a large counter top model and it was always in my way or covered with splatter from cooking. Now I use my mixer to bake or cook something tasty and that's the only time it is seen out of it's place.

It is a powerful mixer and can stand up to any job and has dough hooks and whipper attachments. I had a portable mixer before when I first got married, but it would slow down when I mixed heavy batters. I never performed like I expected. This new one is a miracle and I have never had any trouble using it for even the heaviest mixing jobs.

I like to use it when I make cookies and find that it blends the mixture to a smooth consistency. I also make a fat free topping with it and I get the high peaks to form quickly. It is a tough little machine and is easy to care for and simple to keep clean. It doesn't need to be out on the counter so it stays clean and doesn't require a daily scrub down like my counter top one did.

My family loves to eat and I love to cook for them. With my kitchen free of clutter, I can bake and cook with plenty of workspace available. This is the best little mixer I have ever owned.

Accessories for Mixing

No kitchen is complete without a quality mixer. Whether you have a large or small kitchen, a hand-held mixer can tackle any mixing job you have. If you like to bake bread dough, pizza dough or pastry dough the Cuisinart mixer is a perfect choice. Shredding chicken for sandwiches is a breeze. It creates uniform pieces for smooth chicken consistency in your spread.

I enjoy the compact size of this mixer. It is powerful enough to get the job done and stores easily in even the tiniest kitchen. I even have one in my RV. It is one of my favorite kitchen tools. I like to bake a couple of times a week. I do it at home and while we are on the road.

The price of this mixer is very affordable. It is a good tool for the amateur and experienced cook. Use is to cream soups, whip eggs for omelets, whip cheese or any job which would normally need a larger machine.

I like to make dough for pizza using the mixer. I only blend the mixture with the mixer than allow it to rise and then knead it by hand. It mixes so thoroughly that the dough is perfect and tender. I have been doing this for years. My family prefers home baked pizza to delivery every time.

I have a portable mixer. I'm like you; I like to keep my counters clear. And I've never found a need for an expensive stand mixer.
