Beat the winter blues
When the days get shorter and colder sometimes we can get little depressed. Usually around this time of year it tends to get worse because for some because winter can seem to drag on and on. Their are a few good ways to beat the blues. To get your spirits up try playing your favorite music, open the curtains to let light in. Try moving around by dancing or exercising, if it's not to cold where you live go for a walk and get fresh hair. Some other ways to lift spirits can be to have a winter gathering, christmas may be over but that doesn't mean you have to avoid having a little party; make a theme party using summe for insperation.
Try changing your routine mix things up a bit. A great Idea on of my favorite infact is making a list of things you want to do in the up coming warm months, or make a list of things you did last year that made you feel good or happy. This is a activity that will give you little boost because you now have something to look forward too. Remember when your feeling the winter blues the best thing so is too get natural light, keep busy and surround your self with things that make you happy.
