Easy Dip Recipes

Easy Dip Recipes With Only Two Ingredients

I'm all for easy recipes with few ingredients. The only requirement is that they also taste good. I try to eat healthy foods most of the time. But sometimes I just want something that is easy to make and tastes good, but may not necessarily be that good for you.

Over the years, I have discovered some great dip recipes that require little to no effort and can be made with stuff most people have in their kitchens already. I love these types of dip recipes. They are great when unexpected company shows up or just when you are craving "something" at 2 in the morning.

So, here they are- my favorite dip recipes to make on the fly for whatever reason they are needed.

Mmm! Salsa Dip

Easy Dip Recipes

Take chunky picante sauce or salsa, if you prefer or that's what you have on hand. The spiciness level is also up to you. Mix this with lots of sour cream. That's it. You don't even have to heat it. Use this as a dip for tortilla chips and Frito's brand corn chips. The very best combination is using this as a dip with Doritos brand nacho cheese Nachos. Delicious! Be sure to use a chunky picante sauce or salsa, though.

Another really easy, but delicious dip recipe is this. Open a can of canned pinto beans and put in a pan. Add about 1 or 1 1/2 cups of salsa, whichever type you prefer. Heat them together on simmer until heated through. Serve this with plain tortilla chips. This bean dip recipe tastes pretty good with potato chips, too, believe it or not.

This easy dip recipe works well made in a crockpot. If you want it fast, it can just as easily be made heated on the top of the stove or in the microwave. It doesn't really look very appetizing, but it tastes really good. Simply open 1 can of chili with or without beans. Add 1/2 pound of Velveeta brand cheese. Heat until the cheese melts.

This can be used as a dip with tortilla chips or Fritos brand corn chips. Or pour it over tortilla chips to serve like nachos.

Boy am I glad HP chose this topic today! My recipe folder is getting huge! LOL. These are excellent dip recipes that will work well at our karaoke parties! (Although the bean and chili dips may add a little extra bass in the speakers LOL) Thanks!
