Obsession ~ Johnny Depp
John Christopher Depp was born on June 9, 1963 in a small town called Owensburg, Kentucky. It was on this fateful day that the world was given one of the greatest American Actors of all time. Johnny Depp.
There is no denying that Johnny Depp brings both a charismatic and brilliant portrayal to any film that bears his well-known and much loved name. The mystery lies in his uncanny knack for picking the perfect characters to bring to life, and into the most perfect films. Characters such as Willy Wonka and Captain Jack Sparrow have brought this actor not only fame and fortune, but have given him a certain appeal and following that many other actors wish to aspire to. His comedic ability seems to be innate and flows easily. He is one of those few actors that is incredibly well liked by both men and women. Even in his more serious dramatic roles, as in "Finding Neverland" and "Secret Window", he brings a low-key vulnerable innocence that quietly takes hold of your soul, only to leave you begging for more. His versatility and ability to reel the viewers in, is bar none, descriptive of an actor on top of his game.
