Living Testimony
One in my ugly past, I am a woman of proud heart. I always desired the best things for myself. The best school, the best career, the best man. After I graduated from college, I wanted to be employed in one of the top 100 corporations of the country. In vain, I worked out my employment in any of those prestigious corporations of Makati ( The business capital of the Philippines). I drafted a career path for myself. I planned my steps to the corporate ladder. But everything was turned out to be in vain. I never got employed in any of those prestigious corporations. I ended as jobless for many months because of my pride,
God truly humbled me. One thing I am very thankful and gracious is about God’s love for me. He loves me that much that He disciplined me and did not let me go astray from His ways, which is the ways to humility. He did not allow me to achieve success and be proud, but He humbled me, I am not trying to say that I am already a humble person now, I believe I am still very much under the humbling process of God and I believe it is a lifetime process. Truly the ways of the King is the ways of humility.
