The diet that gave me perfect results .....
BREAKFAST 7.00 a.m.
1 cup Tea + Non Fat Milk + 1 tsp Sugar
+
2 slices Brown Bread Sandwitch with Luttuce, Cucumber & Tomatoe
OR
½ cup Bran Oats / Low Fat Cereal
MID MORNING 10.30 a.m.
1 glass Fresh Juice ( Orange / Papaya / Watermelon )
¼ tsp Sugar allowed
OR
½ Apple / Orange
LUNCH 1.30-2.00 p.m.
1 ½ cup Brown Rice
with 1 cup Green Leaf Vegetable + 1 cup Vegetable Curry + 2-3 cups Salad without dressing
+ 50g Chicken/Fish
+ 100g Fruits
TEA TIME 4.30 p.m.
1 cup Tea + Non Fat Milk + 1 tsp Sugar
( OR Plain Tea / Green Tea )
+
2-3 Bran Crackers
DINNER 7.30-8.30 p.m.
1 cup Clear Vegetable Soup

When my cholesterol level went to 305, under the guidance of my physician, for 3 months I followed this diet with daily 20-30 minutes exercises routine, and medication for only one month. The results were marvellous. I lost 20 pounds and looked much younger than my age. Its hard to diet, but try it once. Its rewarding. After that, its just a matter of maintaining it.
