WWE My picks for best wrestler of 2007 - 2008 predictions

Updated on January 16, 2009

Please keep in mind these are my personal picks, and they are from entertainment point of view. WWE is a t.v. show just like anyother t.v. show it is written.

With that in mind here are my picks

My Top Pick

  1. EDGE

Edge definintly put on the best show this year as the man most love to hate. The angles that are worked around his character is the only ones that still suprise me. The "ultimate opportunist" had his best year ever with two world championship wins he has certainly showed me he knows how to work, and gained my respect this year

2. Jeff hardy

There was a hard choice for #2 but I have to give it up for Jeff Hardy. He is not much of a trash talker but who needs to when you can do the things he does in the ring. Although I don't believe it will happen at the Royal Rumble, Jeff will become champion sometime in 08.

3. HBK SHAWN MICHEALS

HBK with a win over all most everybody has once again showed us why he is the greatest of all time

4 RANDY ORTON

Randy has had the opportunity to work with some of the best in the business since his start, and has definitly put that knowledge to use. It is his job to make you hate him, and I think he is doing that very well

5. BATISTA

Batista also worked with the best from the start, and has managed to put that to good use. Altough he catches much critisizm, his maintained popularity over the years speaks for itself.

most underated

Santino Marella definitely has what it takes to climb all the way to the top in wwe. It will be interesting to see if vince puts this to good use.

STUCK IN A RUT

C.M. Punk was an overnight success, however I havn't seen much difference since that night. Punk will continue to grow IF he is moved to a different show.

MOST OVERATED

John Cena no doubt can talk up a show and get the crowd going, however its nice to have a break. Can wwe push this guy down our throat any furthur? Its Hulk Hogan all over again, and just like Hogan don't expect to see Cena wrestling without a Championship belt
