Why Ho'oponopono

The simplest answer is - Ho'oponopono is the simplest means to achieve a state of enlightenment. It is easy - anyone can do it. It boils spirituality down to the core.

The practice of Self Identity Through Ho'oponopono removes the memory barrier blocking our view of Divinity. Always there, always shining, Divinity never changes...just awaits its children's realization they are home.

It is not however, a quick fix or a trick to manifest. It requires constant cleansing. Divinity is the only one who can erase memories. It is memories that create our experience of problems.

The only reason we experience problems is because we have something to learn. Either our memories are blocking our view of Divinity and as such, of true selves; or Divinity has given us an opportunity - for what I can not say.

Either way, memory or divine intervention, it is only about remembering who you are.There is no work to be done except to clear the connection between you and Divinity.

All other work flows out of that connection. Anything else is just static. Do not try to learn Ho'oponopono - just let it in.  Practice the prayers and allow Divinity to do what it will do. 

Live in harmony with your own nature. 

It is said there are millions of bits of information bombarding us all the time. We can only consciously be aware of a minute fraction of that information. It is also said, that we have about 60,000 thoughts a day, the same 60,000 thoughts we had yesterday.

Our thoughts and constant mind chatter is almost exclusively about worry, blame and victimhood. Why this one did that, why that one said the other thing, how she could have done that...and on and on endlessly trapped in useless clutter.

The thoughts serve only one purpose - to keep us from remembering our true selves. As long as we are caught up in the thoughts of what's wrong, we can never see what is right.

It doesn't take years of therapy or meditation and fasting in the mountains with a guru however, to let go of the chatter.

It is much simpler and can be done right here, right now without spending a dime on counseling, coaching or therapy. It only requires that you see the moment you are in through loving and grateful eyes.

Release your attachment to your work, possessions and ideals and see your forever essence.  Happiness is not found in accomplishment or things - it is your nature. 

Whatever you wish for yourself, be that for others.

• Choose to represent all that is lovely and peaceful
• Choose to see the good in everyone
• Choose gratitude for all you have
• See yourself as everything and everyone

To live today at peace with everyone and everything.  Your own uniqueness and specialness are your gifts to this world.  Do your part by releasing memories as they appear and see everyone and everything in your experience as part of you.

Your selfless love and forgiveness is the way to peace and fulfillment. 

Being in alignment with love means you are flexible and open to all possibilities.  Your presence is a gift to all you encounter.  Cleansing your way through life allows you to see the Divinity in all.  There is no need for you to strive for or grasp hold of anything.

Everything in your experience is a part of you.  Easily given and easily released.  There is no need to wish for something when you know you can have it at any time. 

You have found Ho'oponopono for a reason. Be still and discover who you are.

• You are not your job
• You are not your bank account
• You are not your role as mother, father, daughter or son
• You are a distinct piece of the Divine 

Every experience you have that reminds you to cleanse is an opportunity to turn towards your creator.  There is no need for you to fix anyone or anything.  Not only are you perfect, but so is everyone else you experience.

The memories only block the view.  The view is perfection.
