1. Making Money Online

There are heaps of sites around the internet that will let you sign up and make money for free. Some good and trustworthy ones are:

What Do You Think is another free site to join, once again only dealing with surveys, and the bummer is that you have to be invited to join one. Although this can limit the number of surveys you can do, you also receive discounts on shopping, movie tickets and more just by being a member. It is possible to enter draws and lucky dips for free prizes as well.

2. SwagBucks (Link Blocked from HubPages)

I'm only new to SwagBucks myself, but it is an easy to use, fun site that includes making money by playing games, taking surveys and answering polls. Definitely one of my favorites, being easy to use and free to join.

3. Global Test Market (Link Blocked by HubPages)

Global Test Market is another good site, though not one of my favorites. Only works through surveys. It can be a bit of a pain to fiddle with.

Besides all of these great sites, there are many more than can be found easily. The major thing you want to watch out for, is paying to join. Never register for a site that you have to pay for.

2. Throw A Garage Sale

It may sound like a pretty simple thing, but once you start looking, you'll be surprised by all the old junk you find lying around. As long as you get the 'Okay' from your parents, sell away! Set up a stall at a flea market and sell there! If you don't want to throw your own, discreetly plant the idea into your friend's head, then when they have one, scoot on in and start selling!

Simple as it may be, garage sails are a great way to earn fast money, on the spot with no scams or cons, unless you're in a sneaky mood.

3. Freelance Writing

If you have the skill and the quick fingers needed for writing, then maybe you'd be cut out for this. Freelance writing can come in any forms, from recipes to blogs or stories. Some good sites to check out are and Odesk. Both Elance and Odesk have a wide variety of freelance requests that can suit any need.

Of course writing at Hubpages is always a good way to get started, and that is closely competed against Squidoo.

4. Fiverr

Fiverr is an absolute goldmine. It is a website that allows you to sell your services for $5. There are things ranging from sensible to the weird and wacky. You can having something simple, like taking a photo of yourself holding a business sign, singing a song, or ringing up and pretending to be an ex. Everything is $5 and there are some really fun ways to make money, There are very creative ways to earn money to be found on Fiverr.

5. Tutor

Whether it's tutoring for school or pleasure, there is great money to be made in the business. If you're adept at something, why not show it off? From teaching Japanese to teaching the guitar, there are very little restrictions since you choose the wages and time slots. Tutoring offers a lot of freedom, as well as showing off maturity and earning respect.

6. Sell Items on Ebay

Like a giant garage sail but easier. As long as you've got parent's permission, Ebay can prove to be a good place to sell of all your old stuff. Of course, don't be expecting too much for it, as people come to Ebay looking for a bargain.

7. Sell Digital Photos

If you've got a flare for photography, there are plenty of sites online where you can sell these and make a profit. Websites like Shuttershock and Fotolia provide excellent environments in which to sell your artwork.

8. Build Websites for Others

If you have a creative flair and a good hand for technology, then I'm sure you'll be able to find heaps of people begging for a website. For some people, it's just too hard or they don't have the time. If you have the expertise to make a fancy website for any occasion then this may be worth looking into.

9. Babysitting

Though it can sometimes prove to be a pain in the butt, babysitting is both a great way to earn money, as well as showing off your maturity.

10. Dog Walking/Sitting

If you've got a friend or neighbor that is either going on a holiday, or is too busy to take care of their pooch, then it's up to you to volunteer, for cash of course. Dog walking is a great way to earn some money, as well as exercising yourself.

Another great way to make money online are paid online surveys.I make $100/day.i know it sound impossible, but the trick is to join with many companies. These surveys have high paying offers rarely (more than $10), but if you work only with one surveys, you will not make a lot of money. If you join to many surveys, then you will be able to find many of these.Tip: Check for offers as soon as possible, because these surveys have a limited quotas. Now go and join many surveys. Here is a great list of legit surveys to start:

      Hope that helps.

Great article, I think that paid surveys are the easiest and fastest way to make money online. Some of them are scams, but I can tell you how to avoid that from my personal experience.

      - Never pay for surveys. There are many legit surveys that are 100% free.

      - Never share your credit card information and your SSN.Many scamers may request that information.

      - Join many sites because legit surveys have a limited numbers o offers.By joining with more surveys, you'll be making more money.

      - To find legit surveys, you can go to Google and type something like: "How to find legitimate surveys for money", for exampleIt will be better than using main keywords like surveys.

If you are serious about paid surveys, check this video :

It is an advanced guide on how to find legitimate surveys. This video has helped me to find what I wanted and now I make about $300-1000/month with surveys. It's just different.

The last thing I will tell you is don't think that you will become rich. The good things about paid surveys are that it is free and you can start making money immediately without any skills and obligations, but you won't become a millionaire.Hey just start doing it, you'll be thankful.

I'd only be able to recommend the building of websites if you were both already adept at the profession, and had quite a bit of free time on your hands. I've always enjoyed freelance writing myself, if only because of my love of writing.

      Thank you for the comment.
