Google Play wants you to enjoy its music. Therefore, it is offering four free months of music starting in April. When the free four month trial is over, you can continue for $9.99 each month or cancel your membership.

2. Free $40 Gift Card from Hyundai All Month

Hyundai wants you to test drive its car at your local dealership any time during April. For your time, the company is giving you a $40 Hyundai, Amazon or Target gift card.

3. Free 2-Day Shipping at Target All Month

If you place an order at Target for $35 or more in April, you will receive two-days few shipping. Many people are taking advantage of this deal.

4. Free Month of CBS All Access

CBS All Access has a deal during the month of April that people can't resist. You can sign up for one month of service for free. It too bad it's not the season for "Big Brother" on CBS.

5. Possible Free Valpak Check for $100 - Starting April 7

9. Free Park Visits on April 21

The National Park Service all around the country is offering free admission to its parks on April 21 which is the beginning of National Park Week. That date is one of four free days during the year. The free days are as follows:

  • Jan. 15 – Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • April 21 – First day of National Park Week
  • September 22 – National Public Lands Day
  • November 11 – Veterans Day

Free admission is available at 118 places that usually charge an admission fee. Most of the 417 parks are free all year long.

10. Earth Day - April 22

To celebrate Earth Day on April 22, Target, Best Buy, H&M, and Whole Foods are offering promotions with special discounts on earth-related purchases.

11. National Pretzel Day - April 26

National Pretzel Day is celebrated on April 26. Customers who stop by Auntie Anne's, Pretzelmaker, Wetzel's Pretzel and some other pretzel places will get a free pretzel.

12. Send Your Name to the Sun through April 27

If you fill out a form at NASA's Parker Solar Probe official website by April 27, you will be able to send your name into outer space. A memory card with names will travel to the sun.

13. Office Depot free shredding through April 28

Office Depot has a coupon on its website for shredding up to 5 pounds of paper for free. The offer ends April 28.

14. Krispy Kreme's Super Hero Day - April 28

April 28 is celebrated as Super Hero Day at Krispy Kreme Donuts. The chain wants to celebrate with its customers. The store gives out a dozen free donuts every year with the purchase of a dozen.
