Advice from a simple man – - Series #4 – Getting Free Stuff
This is the fourth article in a series that attempts to give common sense and advice in a crazy world.
“If you don’t ask you will not get, make some phone calls and get free stuff.”
Collecting coupons to use at grocery stores and other shops is always a good idea, but you can take this to the next level by just making some phone calls.
Make a list of the items you which to try. Go to each of the company’s websites that make that item and take a note of the toll free number.
Make a phone call to the number you collected and speak to customer service. Tell them that you are interested in trying your product but would like a free sample to test its quality.
Most of the time the customer service rep will either send you a coupon in the mail for the product to use at the store, or sometimes they will mail you the actual product.
If you don’t ask, then you don’t get.
