How to make money writing articles

So you wish to make money from writing articles but are unsure how to proceed. Well you have come to the right place. I will attempt to show you the various ways of making money from writing articles in a simple and straight forward way.

You probably already know that there are people who are making a decent income online from writing articles. But how are they doing this?

There are different ways to make an income from your articles and each method has its' own strengths and weaknesses. One method for making money from your articles is to earn a passive income from them. Basically what you do is find a website that will allow you to publish your article. Choose a website that will place adverts within your article and will share its' ad revenue with you the writer. There are many sites like this, Hubpages, Triond, Squidoo and Whizzly are all websites that share its' ad revenue with its writers. This is one of the easiest way of making money from your articles. Although it is easy to do it does take a lot of effort and will take time to build up a decent income.

Another way of making money is through article marketing whereby you publish your articles and place an affiliate link within your article that will over time earn you a nice commission for every sale made through your link. To do this you will have to find a place to publish your articles and you will have to sign up to an affiliate program. One of the easiest affiliate programs to start off with is Amazon affiliates and they have a massive range of products for you to choose from and promote.

Another way that you could make money from writing articles would be to sign up to Fiverr. Fiverr is a site that has loads of people offering services for $5. You could offer your article writing skills to people for a sum of $5 per article.

There are new ways of making money from article writing cropping up all over the place and they each have their own merits but all of them take a lot of hard work but are worth it if you put the effort in. If you are going to make money from your articles you must remember that your articles must be original, high quality and easy to read and understand.
