Balling on a budget is a popular quote or slang used today by many, and can have very many different meanings. Do wealthy people usually budget? Of course they do, and they do it well. That's why they continue to have so much money, but most wealthy people hire others to do there budgeting for them, ie, an accountant. When you think of a baller, who comes to your mind? Balling on a budget is actually a art form , finding those high price ticket items for half or less is the goal. Lets look at one definition of the word Baller. Baller- A person who finds success and wealth, retains a questionable amount of wealth and is thoroughly comfortable flaunting it. There is also another lower level of balling, which is generally the above middle class population, and these are the people who spend there disposable cash on high priced ticket items for less. The disposable cash Baller is someone who has a career, makes above average salary,who pays all there bills monthly and puts a little money aside in there savings and spends the rest (disposable cash) on lavish items.       Yes, there is a huge misconception that rich people are spending loads of money, in reality they get a lot services and gifts for free because of who they are. So their able to save and invest their actual money into more worthwhile things. Great hub.
