How to Attract Money With Few Useful Techniques

In the beginning there was no money. The concept of money didn't exist for the simple reason that money is an imaginary thing. You may disagree and think that money has value, but I can prove you wrong at least a hundred times. When you look at a $20 bill, you immediately place a value of twenty dollars on that piece of paper, but is that piece of paper really worth twenty dollars? Of course, not! This piece of paper is just a promise that it's worth $20. This piece of paper was created for the convenience of associating it with the amount of wealth. That is why, as time went on, various reprints of paper money "depreciated", changed size and form, changed the pictures and what not. This happened because our needs expended and the old values could no longer satisfy us.

This brings us to a very interesting point of discussion.

Money is defined as the means of exchange of services and goods between the members of society. This makes perfect sense. In order for any society to function properly, all of the members of the society are supposed to exchange their fruits of labor. Money system is supposed to measure the value of exchange.

But the advocates of the Law of Attraction take this even further. They say that money is like energy and it can be attracted just like anything else in life. They also say that, since money is energy, it circulates all the time and it doesn't matter to the Universe if it gives you a dollar or a million. It's because the Universe is an abundant place and there is so much stuff to go around.

In all the honesty, I'm a big skeptic when it comes to the statements like this. If anyone can have anything they want because the Universe is such an abundant place, why is it then majority of us live from paycheck to paycheck hoping we marry a billionaire in our next reincarnation? Then I heard a theory that the reason why the Universe didn't supply us with the infinite number of dollars is because we didn't ask. We all know the popular saying: "Ask and it will be given". But how do you ask?

So, few years ago, I set out on a journey to study the laws of the Universe. I have turned hundreds of pages of the New Age books to find out how to attract money and abundance. I was able to separate some useful material from a bunch of false advertisement and create a little system that works.

Lots of times we hear people saying: "I wish I was rich" or "I wish I had more money". Well, we are want to be rich and have more money. Regardless of our wishful thinking, some people hardly make it while the others do better. It appears that it's not enough to have a wishful thinking. Attracting money requires more than that.

To begin with, as the experts of the Law of Attraction teach, you should be specific about what is that you want. A lot of people really don't know why they want to be rich and what will be the ultimate outcome of them becoming rich. The Universe is the amazing place where everything and everybody has a purpose. So, it makes no sense to have a wishful thinking without a purpose.

One more mistake people make is wishing for money without being properly conditioned for the money. A lot of us are programmed in a wrong way by our parents. We are told we can't have certain things in life because we were born in a bad neighborhood. We also program ourselves later in life and we end up with a poor mentality. You simply can't be rich with poor mentality. If you want to be rich, you have to think and behave as rich people do.

It may come as a shock to you, but number one ingredient for attracting money is gratitude. Being thankful for the things you have and the things you don't have yet, is a very powerful tool which will give you maximum benefits. Gratitude really goes long way in solving any problem in life. When you are grateful, people want to give you more because your gratitude brings the best out of them. We are all very giving by nature, and we need gratitude to nourish our giving nature. Universe works the same way. You have to be grateful in order for the Universe to keep giving things to you.

Get in a habit of thanking the Universe, God, the Source or whoever you believe is in charge of giving, for all the things you already have. Count all your blessings and be thankful for them. Quantum physics teaches us that there is no past or future, everything is happening in the "Now". That's why you should thank the Universe for something that hasn't happened yet, something that you want to happen. This is a very powerful technique and it works for very many people who practice it daily.

The next aspect of attracting abundance is being specific about what you want to receive. Since money is just the means of exchange and not a physical object, the best way to go about it is to decide what exactly you need the money for. Remember, everything has a purpose in life. The money you want to have should have a purpose too. Instead of asking the Universe for money, ask for a new car, new dress, or new shoes. Again, once you decide what exactly you want, thank the Universe for having it and get in the mood like you already have it.

Acting as if you already have it is one more great technique for attracting money and abundance. This concept was hard for me to understand first and it was even harder to pretend I already had something I really didn't have. But, for some strange reason, it works. It worked for many celebrities who used this technique to become rich and famous, it worked for many self-made millionaires, and it worked for people with smaller ambitions.

Giving is one more powerful tool for attracting the money. Most of the people say that they would give to charities or people in need if they had the money. If you are not giving, you will not be given. All of this is because money has to flow and circulate. If you are giving those in need, you will be given back ten times fold. That is why rich people are donating large sums of money all year around so that they can continue to be rich and abundant.

Getting rid of debt is another powerful technique for money attracting. People who are in debt can never attract money because debt is a negative and depressing way of living. We worry about debt, we feel robbed and depressed because of the high interest rates we have to pay. I have not met a person who is happy to be in debt and feels abundant about it. It just doesn't work that way. Debt is a heavy burden and you need to get rid of it as soon as possible.

Last but not least, clean your house! This may sound strange and not related to money attracting, but I have heard a lot of people say that making order and organizing their house helped a lot. Cleaning your house and getting rid of junk you don't use, helps to bring good energy and abundance into your home. If you have a habit of keeping your old bills, credit card statements, or any other papers you don't need, throw them away. Lots of cultures made it a tradition to get rid of all old and unused stuff before each New Year.
