How to earn money on Dooyoo

Updated on March 12, 2011

Other Sites

Dooyoo, is a good site but you have to be very active to keep earning money and that is why I prefer Hubpages, a brilliant platform to publish all sorts of writing, allowing you to earn money, get great exposure and lots of traffic and publish high quality Hubs with easy to use capsules!

Earn money by simply writing your opinion online!

I have been a member of an excellent website where you earn money by writing reviews called Dooyoo and I would like to tell you about it.

When you write a review over 150 words you get 500 miles (50p) however it is better to write a bit more as you will get better ratings and it will not take long. I suggest you write at least 250 words but it is better to write about 300 or more.

You also get an extra 1500 miles for writing a review that gets a crown which in my opinion is very fair and just the right amount without being over the top. I don`t really understand how you get a crown but they awarded for writing good reviews and will need to be reasonably long, have a lot of cahracter and be useful to a consumer to earn a crown.

You also earn a little bit when a member rates your reviews and I think this is very good as it gives the site a great community feel. When another Dooyoo member rates your review you get 15 Dooyoo miles (1.5p) which I think is very fair. The only thing that is bad about this is a member who has been rated not useful should not be paid the same as a member who got rated very useful.

If you suggest a product you get a measly 10 miles which I think should be increased because you are making the site better and I have only suggested one thing because I am not bothered about the reward and time it takes for my suggestion to be added.

There are also various other competitions to get a bit more but I have not really bothered with these yet but as time goes on I will investigate! These include writing a review with no other reviews in selected categories calle dth efirst review draw and more.

The payment options are by Amazon vouchers, cheque or if you are feeling very kind you can give your miles to charity. Once you have earned 20000 miles (£20) you can request an Amazon voucher. I have receieved many Amazon vouchers and recently a cheque so they do payout if you write good reviews and read around the site a bit.

I like these options but feel they could be improved by adding vocuhers for other shops and websites. Changing the 50000 miles limit to request a cheque would improve the site and I think they could also add the option of BACS and Paypal payments to improve the rewards scheme.

Overall I think that the Dooyoo rewards are great and one of many reasons why this is such a great site!

Thanks for reading!
